UPPCL Bill Calculator was created as an independent, free, public consumer utility to demystify electricity billing in UP. With our real-time calculator, consumers can immediately verify whether their physical bill aligns with approved tariff guidelines, anticipate future seasonal expenses, and plan their power usage wisely.
Data Source & Methodology
All formulas and rates implemented in our calculator are derived directly from the official Tariff Orders published by the Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (UPERC) for the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) and its five distribution companies (MVVNL, PVVNL, DVVNL, PuVVNL, and KESCO).
We continuously monitor regulatory filings, tariff petitions, and state government subsidy announcements (such as the 100% agricultural tube well waiver and rooftop solar net metering regulations) to keep our engine updated for FY 2026-27.
